IT maintenance and IT support
We prepare independent and functional maintenance service packages for our customers to meet the challenging needs of industry. You can outsource your IT services and their management partly or whole and through that secure continuity of your operations. You can also purchase maintenance services separately. Our IT professionals will help with all maintenance and support tasks.

Printer maintenence
We service all printer brands with high quality and professionalism. We repair more than 300 printers every year. We have a wide selection of printer supplies and also the spare parts. Our specialty are laser and label printers. You can bring your printer to the repair shop or we will come to service your device on the site.
Maintenance of data entry devices
We maintain mobile terminals, PDAs and barcode readers of all manufacturers with high quality and professionalism. We have spare parts for equipment from different manufacturers in our warehouse, e.g. Zebra, Symbol and Honeywell. You can deliver your input device, either to our workshop or we will repair your device on the site.
ICT equipment installations
We install all ICT devices, e.g. wireless network base stations, switches and firewalls. In addition to physical installations, we configure the devices in working condition as part of the existing system. Through us the dismantling and recycling of old equipment can be done properly.
Wireless networks
We plan, implement, repair and maintain wireless networks. We design and repair wireless networks using the Ekahau Al Pro software. Our experts are professionals and experienced wireless network administrators. We have planned and implemented both wireless networks of one base station and several hundred base stations. We currently maintain the systems of more than a thousand base stations.
Telework
Digix is an experienced contractor in the telecommunications industry. We are a contractor with AT and OL qualifications authorized by Seti Oy. In our work, we use calibrated measuring devices and other machines and tools necessary to perform the work. Our installers are trained professionals in the telecommunications industry. Our range of services includes: computer networks, antenna networks, fiber optic networks, camera surveillance cabling and other telecommunication network cabling and electrical work.
Other telecommunication network cabling and electrical work
We plan and implement all telecommunication network cabling. We have experience in e.g. cabling for camera surveillance, door phone system, access control, alarm and nurse call system. With the S2 electrical qualification, we carry out electrical installations with solid experience using professional machines, meters and measurement reports.
